JPMorganChase Wealth Management is seeking an Investment Professional (Licensed, Partially Licensed, or Unlicensed) to assist clients with brokerage accounts by phone, helping them reach their financial goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will pursue required licenses within 90 days (Series 7 and 63 or SIE), maintain strong compliance, collaborate with partners, and adapt to a fast-paced environment as the work transitions from onsite to hybrid.

Qualifications

• Licensing required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Strong compliance track record and ability to register in all 50 states.
• Ability to collaborate with partners and work independently or in a team.
• Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to diagnose inquiries and deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and uncover investment needs by phone.
• Discuss IRAs such as Traditional and Roth IRAs.
• Create efficiency by handling calls quickly, identifying needs, initiating trades, and completing service transactions.
• Drive client growth by combining engagement with AI-powered tools to improve accuracy and decision-making.
