Job summary

• Experience contributing to projects and structured deliverables in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IC, data, technology, and operations teams to support change initiatives; track progress and issue resolution.
• Break down business problems, perform root cause analysis, and document findings.
• Work with trades, holdings, restrictions, and breaches data; generate insights using Excel/SQL/Power BI.
• Present findings clearly and produce organized documentation for requirements, analysis, testing, and delivery.
• Gather and validate business requirements; assist with traceability and testing activities including UAT.
• Identify process improvements and support tool, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
• Enhance dashboards and automation opportunities; apply AI tools with governance considerations.
