Invesco is seeking a Business Analyst, Investment Compliance within the Global Investment Compliance Change team. The role supports delivery of change initiatives across the Investment Compliance (IC) function, interpreting investment restrictions from regulations and client agreements, implementing controls in systems, and monitoring compliance pre- and post-trade. The analyst collaborates with investment teams to improve how Investment Compliance operates, including its tools, workflows, and controls, and works with global teams across IC, technology, data, and operations to enable consistent, scalable delivery.
Salary range for this position in New York is $75,000–$105,000 per year, with total compensation including incentives varying by skills and location. Full-time position with Exempt status as applicable. Invesco expects adherence to its workplace policy regarding office presence, currently requiring four full days per week in the office as of October 1, 2025.
