Job summary

Victory Capital is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to deliver world-class service in an inbound investment center. You will educate clients on mutual funds, 529 plans, and retirement accounts while expanding relationships across Victory Capital products.

You will receive comprehensive training and have opportunities for FINRA licensing and career growth within the firm, in a structured, customer-focused environment that emphasizes integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to work any shift within operating hours and occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service in an inbound setting.
• Educate customers on investment products and services to broaden the relationship.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and navigate multiple internal systems.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy in all interactions.
