Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in instructional design / L&D.
• 2+ years in financial services or professional services, IB exposure preferred.
• Strong facilitation for large audiences.
• Experience updating existing curricula.
• Highly organized with calendar management.
• Experience managing external training vendors.
• Willingness to travel to key office locations and events.
• Experience with generative AI tools for content creation is preferred.
• Workday Learning experience preferred.
• In-office presence 2 days/week, up to 5 days in summer programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of IB's global summer intern programs, including curriculum delivery and logistics.
• Own training for new IB hires, including campus analysts and lateral hires.
• Facilitate training sessions for intern program and onboarding.
• Refresh training materials to stay current with IB practices and firm priorities.
• Coordinate scheduling and communications across a fast-moving IB calendar.
• Serve as primary contact for analysts, associates, and interns in IB training.
• Gather input from senior bankers on session content and approach.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors (e.g., Wall Street Prep).
• Track participation, feedback, and outcomes; propose refinements.
• Support IB staffing and recruiting on training-related questions.
