Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of investment banking experience.
• MBA from a top business school preferred but not required.
• Strong accounting, financial modelling, and Excel expertise.
• Deep understanding of valuation, M&A, LBO modeling, and transaction processes.
• A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live in-person and virtual training seminars to corporate, undergraduate, and MBA clients.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and materials.
• Provide personalized mentorship through one-on-one tutoring sessions.
• Complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program for new instructors.
