Job summary

DC Advisory is an international investment bank providing M&A, capital raising and financial advisory services across the US, Europe and Asia. As an Associate, you will support day-to-day deal processes and build financial models, draft pitches, and participate in client presentations while mentoring Analysts.

You will work in a hybrid setup with four on-site days in Washington, DC and remote on Fridays. A 2–5 year M&A background and strong academics are desirable, with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record.
• 2–5 years post-undergraduate M&A investment banking experience.
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong financial understanding and financial modeling skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

The Role

As an Associate on the team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, participating in client presentations and training and managing Analysts. You will be a role model to our Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. Our Associates possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure. You will be expected to play a critical role on transaction teams and make a difference for our clients. Working Arrangement

• Please note this position will operate in a hybrid capacity with four days on-site in our office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home on Fridays
