DC Advisory in San Francisco is seeking an Analyst on the Technology team to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory processes. You will learn core investment banking knowledge and develop analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills through diverse projects including financial models, pitch materials, and client presentations.

You will work with experienced teams on transactions, demonstrating problem-solving, teamwork, and a strong work ethic under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years post-undergraduate investment banking experience supporting deals and pitches in the industrials sector.
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 exams (must have or take within 30 days of start date).
• Outstanding academic record and strong analytical abilities.

The Role

As an Analyst on the Technology team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, and participating in client presentations. You will be a role model by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. Our Analysts possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure. You will be expected to play a critical role on transaction teams and make a difference for our clients.
