Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Finance Reporting Analyst for its Investment Banking Finance team in Baltimore. The role focuses on revenue/expense reporting, forecasting, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in financial services, experience with FP&A or lending products, and a solid grounding in accounting concepts. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience within financial services.
• Experience with FP&A and/or lending products preferred.
• Understanding of foundational controllership/accounting concepts.
• Knowledge or experience with AI and transformational tools.
• Familiarity with financial markets and products is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and expense reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for Investment Banking revenue and expenses.
• Prepare weekly revenue results and forecasts.
• Perform month-end reconciliation and research discrepancies.
• Consolidate financial commentary across Controller teams.
• Create ad hoc reporting for Finance leadership and business partners.
• Partner with Technology on reporting and system enhancement projects.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
