Goldman Sachs in Dallas is seeking an Associate to support Southern Region coverage with exposure to buy- and sell-side M&A, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory. You will work closely with MDs, VPs, and analysts across product groups in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will develop complex financial models and conduct rigorous valuation analyses, coordinating transactions and preparing client presentations that explain industry trends and strategic options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of investment banking experience at Associate/Analyst level.
• Experience with client coverage and execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions.
• Exposure to corporate finance and valuation analyses like DCF, LBO, and WACC.
• Strong academic and professional achievement history.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple groups or regions.
