Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks a junior banker (Associate) to support Southern Region coverage, working with MDs, VPs, and colleagues across groups. You will build models, perform valuations, and help manage M&A and financing transactions for firm clients.

The role offers exposure to diverse industries and the opportunity to advance within a leading global investment banking platform based in a growing Dallas footprint.

Formación

• Minimum of 1+ years of investment banking experience (at the Associate or Analyst level).
• Experience with client coverage and execution of M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Exposure to corporate finance and valuation analyses including DCF, LBO, merger modeling, accretion/dilution, WACC, ROIC and other financial analyses.
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups or regions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop financial models and perform company valuations.
• Coordinate M&A and financing transactions for client engagements.
• Prepare client presentations explaining industry trends and scenarios to advise on strategic options.
• Collaborate withManaging Directors, VPs, Associates and Analysts across regions and product groups.
