Zusammenfassung

Goldman Sachs is seeking a junior associate in the Southern Region Investment Banking team in Dallas. The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers across MDs, VPs, and analysts, contributing to financial modeling, company valuations, and the execution of M&A and financing transactions.

Exposure to corporate finance, DCF, LBO, and other analyses is required, along with a track record of outstanding academic achievement and collaboration across groups.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1+ years of investment banking experience (at the Associate or Analyst level).
• Experience with client coverage and execution of M&A and capital raising transactions required.
• Exposure to corporate finance and valuation analyses including DCF, LBO, merger modeling, accretion/dilution, WACC, ROIC and other financial analyses required.
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups or regions.
