Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparable companies).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from initial pitch through closing.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and due diligence.
• Analyze financial statements and develop insights to support client advisory work.
• Manage multiple deal processes simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
