You will support buy-side and sell-side deals from pitch to close, build models, conduct industry research, and prepare materials. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus solid communication and analytical abilities, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparable companies).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
