Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 1 year in investment banking or finance roles involving M&A or corporate finance.
• Series 79 and Series 63 licenses or willingness to obtain.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with programming-lite modeling ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform company, industry, and market research to support client engagements.
• Build and review integrated financial models to evaluate scenarios.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch books and memoranda.
• Coordinate due diligence and information flow among clients and parties.
• Support day-to-day execution of sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising.
• Assist with transaction structures and financing alternatives.
• Develop lists of potential buyers, investors, and acquisition targets.
