Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking or finance roles involving M&A or corporate finance activities.
• Series 79 & 63 licenses or willingness to pursue.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company, industry, market, and competitor research to support client engagements.
• Analyze historical and projected performance, cash flows, and key drivers for transaction considerations.
• Build and review integrated financial models to evaluate scenarios and financing options.
• Perform valuations using comps, precedents, DCF, and LBO methodologies.
• Support day-to-day execution of sell-side, buy-side, and capital-raising engagements.
• Coordinate due diligence, data rooms, information requests, and Q&A processes.
