We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our industry-leading investment banking team. As a Vice President in Healthcare Services Investment Banking, you'll develop strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and work across various products. Your responsibilities will include managing deals involving mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises.

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary day-to-day client contact and lead banker on deals.
2. Review and coordinate the analytic work of junior bankers to advance marketing and execution processes.
3. Refine marketing and execution materials for maximum client impact.
4. Oversee the creation of financial projection models.
5. Identify and manage all risks associated with deals.
6. Liaise with internal and external parties (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties).
7. Lead client negotiations, Q&A processes, and management interviews.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Prior experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Experience training junior bankers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and defend ideas.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel modeling and valuation work.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, synthesizing large amounts of information to develop innovative solutions.
• Adaptability to manage projects independently and assume high responsibility within a team.
• Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks facing large investment banks.
