Technology Services Group Inc - SVP, Production Services Infrastructure Support

Location: Jersey City, NJ (remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance)

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, integrate, and support complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment.
2. Maintain and support moderately complex infrastructure environments.
3. Perform troubleshooting as a subject matter expert, ensuring effective monitoring and alerting.
4. Lead root cause analysis and problem management for complex issues.
5. Collaborate with business and application development stakeholders.
6. Coordinate production readiness reviews for new releases and validate supportability.
7. Analyze system requirements and evaluate plans for major projects to meet system needs.
8. Monitor major changes to infrastructure environments.
9. Collaborate with infrastructure engineering, quality assurance, and application support teams for capacity monitoring and instrumentation.
10. Manage incident, problem management, and troubleshooting processes.
11. Maintain relationships with business and operations teams to address business needs.
12. Interface with other technology groups, including Application Development and Support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Ten (10) years of experience in IT network roles, including:
• Implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting corporate wireless infrastructure.
• Managing enterprise network infrastructure and traffic flow.
• Supporting remote access technology across multiple vendor platforms.
• Configuring and managing web proxies, URL/content filtering, and web access controls.
• Applying local and global load balancing techniques.
• Administering DNS and DHCP using IP address management tools.
• Handling routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, and troubleshooting routing issues.
