Madison Hunt is partnered with a new transportation and industrial infrastructure fund that is looking to hire at the Associate and/or Senior Associate level (team build out). The platform is a middle-market investment vehicle focused on businesses that lease, rent, and operate transportation, commercial, and industrial equipment. The fund has seed capital in place and its first group of deals in exclusivity, with plans to raise a dedicated fund in the near future. This is a great opportunity to join early, on a lean team, and play a key role in driving growth, shaping culture, and executing investments.

Qualifications:

• Associate: 1–3 years of investment banking experience
• Senior Associate: 1–3 years of investment banking experience, plus at least one year of direct investing experience
• Relevant deal experience in transportation, infrastructure, industrials, or services
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
