The firm partners with businesses and management teams to scale solutions that support the transition to a lower-carbon economy. With a growing team across the US and internationally, they are looking to add an Investment Associate to their Seattle office.

The Role

This is a broad investing role offering exposure across the full investment lifecycle. The hire will:

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across climate and infrastructure
• Build financial models and support investment analysis and underwriting
• Participate in transaction execution, structuring, and diligence
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic and growth initiatives
• Support existing investments and ongoing asset management

The Candidate

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, project/structured finance, or private equity
• Transaction experience across infrastructure, private equity, or project finance
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Commercially minded, collaborative, and interested in building a long-term career as an investor
