Job summary

Marquette Associates in Chicago seeks an Investment Associate to work with the consulting and research teams to collect and synthesize data, support analytical work, and prepare client deliverables.

You will perform monthly and quarterly performance reporting, provide day-to-day client support, and assist with manager searches using sources like eVestment, Bloomberg, Morningstar and FactSet, while developing your knowledge of equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds and private equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Curiosity and interest in the institutional investment market; strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client team to obtain statements and reconcile data for client deliverables.
• Enter market values and cash flows in investment software; reconcile performance calculations.
• Analyze market trends across asset classes and provide day‑to‑day client support.
• Attend investment committee meetings and prepare reports for managers and clients.
• Assist research team with manager searches and data collection for education materials.
