Job summary

Marquette Associates is seeking an Investment Associate to collaborate with client and research teams on data collection, analysis, and deliverables for institutional clients. You will assist with performance reporting, manager searches, and data-driven insights to support rating and decisions.

You will collect data from sources like Bloomberg, Morningstar and FactSet, prepare client-ready materials, and help explain performance results to clients.

Qualifications

• Open to December 2026 and Spring 2027 graduates
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
• Commitment to client service excellence
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines; use critical thinking skills to solve problems autonomously
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and react to change positively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Curiosity and interest in the institutional investment market; strong desire to learn
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new software applications, including those which are proprietary

Responsibilities

• Complete quarterly and monthly investment performance reporting for client teams
• Provide day-to-day client support and respond to inquiries
• Build investment manager searches with asset class leads; collect and analyze data
• Attend investment manager meetings and generate client-ready deliverables
• Enter market values and cash flows in the investment software; reconcile performance calculations
