Marquette Associates is seeking an Investment Associate to join our client service and research teams in Philadelphia. You will collect and synthesize data, support analytical work, and prepare client deliverables under guidance from asset class leads.
The role involves monthly performance reporting, data collection from vendors, and helping build manager searches while collaborating across teams. A Finance/Econ degree and strong MS Office skills are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
- Interest in institutional investment markets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consulting and manager research teams to collect and synthesize data for client deliverables.
- Complete monthly and quarterly investment performance reporting; provide day-to-day client support.
- Build investment manager searches; collect and analyze data; attend investment manager meetings.
- Enter market values and cash flows into investment software; reconcile performance across sources.
- Analyze market trends across asset classes (equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds, private equity).
- Create charts/graphs for client deliverables and data analysis; assist with reports.
