Job summary

Marquette Associates Inc. is seeking a Client Analyst in Philadelphia to support investment consulting relationships across institutional clients. You will work with lead consultants to prepare monthly and quarterly client reports, develop materials for meetings, and coordinate follow-up activities.

This role includes day-to-day client support and collaboration with investment managers. Qualifications include a finance/economics degree and 3–5 years of report-analyst experience, strong Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related degree.
• 3–5 years of experience as a report analyst in investment consulting or related industry.
• Demonstrated industry knowledge of financial markets, asset allocation, performance analysis, portfolio construction, investment policy, asset transfers and rebalancing.
• Experience with financial reporting functions.
• Proven client service skills and ability to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality investment consulting support.
• Serve as primary client and partner contact ensuring timely, professional communication.
• Provide day-to-day client support by responding to requests and coordinating deliverables.
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly client reporting materials.
• Manage projects for assigned clients and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Support consultants during client meetings by preparing materials and coordinating follow-ups.
• Participate in meetings with investment managers to gather information and support portfolio needs.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
