Job summary

Citizens Securities, Inc. seeks an Investment Assistant II to support Wealth Advisors, manage client onboarding, and coordinate service requests with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role involves CRM management, scheduling, and occasional marketing coordination, with travel within the assigned geographic area as needed. Training and coaching are provided to pass Series 7 and 66 exams.

Qualifications

• College degree in business-related field preferred or HS with 3+ years industry experience.
• Licenses: Life/Health, Series 6 and/or SIE; ability to obtain Series 7 and 66.
• Knowledge of banking and wealth management services; FINRA/industry regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients, Wealth Advisors, and internal departments.
• Handle new client onboarding and service requests for existing clients.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments.
• Submit cases, manage workflow and funding steps.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline data; track and report activity.
• Assist marketing activities and coordinate client events when needed.
