Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking Hedge Fund Client Support Analysts to deliver top-tier operational support and foster strong relationships with global clients. You will address inquiries on investment accounting, analytics, and financial statements, providing precise, prompt responses and resolving a high volume of issues to turn clients into advocates.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, performing account setup and reconciliations, and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with the core offering of Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and Performance reports.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments; basic knowledge of alternative security types preferred.
• Prior experience in finance and/or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries & requests on topics across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets.
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and enhance their Clearwater user experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources and use internal tools for reconciling transactions.
