Responsibilities

Build discounted cash flow models used to analyze returns for potential acquisitions.
Create pro forma models for built-to-suit or speculative development projects.
Prepare investment memos with Investment Officers for senior management and Investment Committee.
Compile and maintain sales comparable databases across markets.
Prepare and maintain base-case pro forma models for land bank.
Maintain regional deployment pipelines in Salesforce for accuracy.
Develop relationships with brokers, architects, contractors, and engineers.
Collaborate across departments to gain broad exposure to the business.
