Analysts rotate across acquisitions, portfolio management, credit, development, and finance, gaining hands‑on experience with real estate investments and capital formation.

Participants build technical expertise, understand investment strategy, and work with teams and senior leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
Demonstrated interest in real estate investment, development, or finance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work effectively across teams.
Willingness to relocate, if needed, based on rotational placement.
Start date: June 2027.

Responsibilities

Support investment, transaction, and portfolio-related work using the financial models, tools, and processes relevant to your rotation.
Develop an understanding of your team’s investment strategy, priorities, and role within the broader business.
Analyze information, communicate findings clearly, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Take increasing ownership of projects and workstreams as you progress through the program.
Translate analysis into clear insights and recommendations while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
