Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with understanding of financial concepts, investment processes, and business drivers.
• Demonstrated experience leading talent, learning, rotational, analyst, or early-career development programs.
• Proven ability to design and implement staffing, capability-building, or learning strategies across diverse global stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills; able to balance execution demands with people development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Investment Analyst Program (IAP) and act as a key talent developer across acquisitions, developments, and corporate initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and strategic resource management across the organization.
• Design and implement learning experiences and career pathways to accelerate analyst growth and performance.
• Elevate external branding and recruit top analyst talent.
• Partner with leadership to standardize analytical frameworks and improve investment decision-making.
