Job summary

Prologis seeks an Investment Analyst Program (IAP) Intern to support investment analysis for potential acquisitions, developments and land bank assets. You will build discounted cash flow models, assist with pro forma analyses, and compile sales comps to inform decisions.

The internship runs 10–12 weeks, with exposure to leaders and seminars to build workplace acumen and industry understanding.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced functions (LOOKUP, pivot, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and professional.

Investment Analyst Program (IAP) Intern

Do you want to play a role in global commerce? Are you seeking practical experience to supplement your academic pursuits? The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10–12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product. Prologis seeks both undergraduate and graduate level interns passionate about kickstarting their careers while helping us further our industry leading work across the organization.

A day in the life

You will support investment analysis for potential acquisitions, development projects, and existing land bank assets. You will help build discounted cash flow and pro forma models, compile sales comparables, and update base case models. You will also collaborate with teams across functions and regions, contributing analysis and insights that inform investment and property decisions.

Building blocks for success

Required: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising junior or senior or currently enrolled in a graduate program. Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities (lookup functions, logical formulas, pivot tables/charts, etc.). Clear verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity. Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Preferred: Coursework or project experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or real estate. Experience with discounted cash flow analysis, pro forma modeling, or comparable sales research. Experience using Argus or other financial modeling software. Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range of: Undergraduate: $25–$30 per hour. Graduate: $35–$40 per hour.
