MIM is seeking candidates for the position of Investment Analyst, Private Debt Underwriter, within its Leveraged Senior Credit Group. The role can be based in either the Chicago or Boston office, both hubs for MIM's leveraged senior lending activities. The successful candidate will support senior debt underwriting and portfolio management within the broader MIM platform, which includes equity co-investments, mezzanine debt, and private equity fund strategies.
The professional will assist in constructing and leading high-quality, diversified senior loan portfolios that aim to surpass market risk-adjusted returns. This involves evaluating and executing financing opportunities with a focus on strong credit discipline and positive customer relationships. Specific responsibilities include:

The primary location is Chicago, Illinois, with a hybrid working arrangement. Salary ranges from $86,000 to $144,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on market conditions, location, and individual qualifications. Employees are eligible for incentive programs and benefits, including health, dental, mental health, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and statutory leaves.
