  2. Collaborating with the origination team on due diligence, screening, and underwriting approval processes;
  3. Assisting with syndication processes for transactions where MIM is leading the financings;
  4. Managing ongoing portfolio activities such as credit analysis, reporting, amendments, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and restructurings;
  5. Supporting efforts to attract, develop, and retain top origination, underwriting, and portfolio management talent.
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience with a strong interest in private credit.
  • Deep understanding of complex financial modeling.
  • Strong finance and accounting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
