MIM is seeking candidates for the position of Investment Analyst, Private Debt Underwriter, within its Leveraged Senior Credit Group. The role will be based in either Chicago or Boston, both hubs for MIM's leveraged senior lending activities. The analyst will support senior debt underwriting and portfolio management across the broader MIM platform, which includes equity co-investments, mezzanine debt, and private equity fund strategies.
The professional will support the firm's efforts to construct and lead high-quality, diversified senior loan portfolios that aim to surpass market risk-adjusted returns. Primary location: Chicago or Boston (Hybrid work arrangement). Salary range: $86,000 - $144,000 USD, with potential incentives based on performance. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and statutory leaves.
