Rise Growth Partners LLC is seeking an early-career investment professional to join the Investments team as a financial analyses and deal-assessment analyst. You will build operating and returns models, support diligence, and help run the deal lifecycle from first look to close.

You'll work directly with partner firm CEOs/CFOs, gather data, craft memos, and contribute to value-enhancing initiatives while embracing AI tools to scale output. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or related fields.
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and research skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with deal processes end-to-end, buy-side or sell-side.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain financial models used in decisions.
• Gather and synthesize financial data for analyses.
• Analyze historical performance and projections.
• Draft investment memos and IC materials.
• Support diligence and deal execution end-to-end.
• Coordinate data-room communications and external parties.
• Be AI-native and leverage Rise's tooling.
