• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, Transaction Advisory, or another M&A-focused environment.
• Proven experience performing valuation analyses, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Ability to analyze complex financial and operational information and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities identified by executive leadership.
• Build complex financial models to support valuation and investment decisions.
• Perform financial, operational, and strategic due diligence on prospective acquisitions.
• Conduct scenario modeling, investment analysis, and risk assessments.
