Rise Growth Partners LLC is seeking an early-career investment professional to join the Investments team as a financial analyses and deal-assessment analyst. You will build operating and returns models, support diligence, and help run the deal lifecycle from first look to close.
You'll work directly with partner firm CEOs/CFOs, gather data, craft memos, and contribute to value-enhancing initiatives while embracing AI tools to scale output. Bachelor's degree required.
Rise Growth Partners is redefining what it means to be a true partner to leading RIAs. We invest in and empower firms to accelerate growth, elevate client experience, and achieve enterprise-level scale—without sacrificing their unique culture or independence.
You will be the analytical engine of Rise's Investments team, supporting M&A transactions from first look through close, across new platform partnerships and add-on acquisitions for partner firms. You will also serve our partner firms as a trusted analytical resource on strategic work to drive growth post-investment.
This is a role for someone early in their career who wants reps across the full deal lifecycle, plus the responsibility that usually takes years longer to earn elsewhere. You will build the models the deal team relies on, run diligence workstreams, and sit across from partner-firm CEOs and CFOs.
1–3 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory, ideally with exposure to financial services (wealth and asset management a plus)
Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and research skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with deal processes end-to-end, buy-side, sell-side, or both.
Highly organized; able to run multiple workstreams with minimal supervision without dropping detail.
Clear, concise communicator who turns analysis into a compelling narrative.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a demonstrated passion for investing.
Bachelor's degree required.
A seat at the center of a high-growth, PE-backed investment platform at an inflection point in its development.
An opportunity to learn from a team that has built, scaled, and sold firms, and the wisdom that comes from previous wins and mistakes.
Early, direct exposure to senior leadership, the Investment Committee, and partner-firm decision-makers.
Comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.
