Job summary

STACK Infrastructure US is a leading data-center provider delivering scalable wholesale, colocation and cloud solutions. The Investment Analyst will partner with the Manager of Finance and senior leadership to support business case analyses, ROI calculations, and monthly reporting while engaging with operations and tax teams to ensure accurate forecasts.

Based in Denver, CO, this in-office role requires a finance degree and strong modeling, Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Financial experience preferred; investment banking/private equity background favored.
• Experience in data centers is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and business case experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial models for ROI, MOIC, and IRR for business cases.
• Own monthly reporting and variance analysis across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with operations and tax teams on Opex forecasts.
• Assist in preconstruction budget reviews and variance narratives.
