Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Community Engagement Manager in Denver to support STACK's U.S. data center development portfolio. You will engage community stakeholders, coordinate events, and work with cross-functional teams to align engagement with project goals.

You will build relationships with local officials and organizations, develop engagement plans, and translate complex project details into accessible materials for public audiences. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public policy, political science, urban planning, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in community relations, public affairs, local government, or related field.
• Experience or interest in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or real estate development is preferred.
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills; ability to engage skeptical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage community engagement activities for assigned projects and markets, including events.
• Represent STACK as a professional point of contact for community members and stakeholders.
• Develop market- and project-specific engagement plans with cross-functional teams.
• Research community concerns and inform engagement strategies and messaging.
• Prepare presentations, talking points and FAQs translating technical project info for public audiences.
• Maintain records of stakeholder interactions and follow-up items.
