Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Investment Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the investment process, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to the management of capital across our two strategies: Direct Venture & Private Equity Secondaries. This role will also be focused on working directly with portfolio company management teams and executives to support value creation initiatives across customer introductions, talent acquisition, and strategic operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation and execution of investments in private technology companies, across both Direct Venture & Growth and Private Equity Secondaries strategies.
• Partner closely with portfolio company executives to support operational initiatives, including customer introductions, talent acquisition, business development efforts, and other strategic operational support.
• Develop detailed financial models to assess the viability and potential returns of investment opportunities.
• Prepare presentations for our investment committee, co-investors, LPs, and management teams.
• Help maintain and enhance internal tools for tracking operational progress, hiring pipelines, and key relationship development.
• Participate in portfolio reviews, providing qualitative and quantitative assessments of company performance and strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• 2023-2024 college (undergrad) graduate.
• 1-2 years (maximum) of experience at a MBB (or top management / strategy) consulting firm, bulge bracket / elite boutique investment bank, or top private equity / growth / venture capital fund.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives, management teams, and other stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and general corporate finance principles.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis software.
• Passion for technology and interest in supporting high-growth businesses from an operational perspective.
