Qualifications

• Experience with investment accounting, portfolio analysis, or treasury/investment functions strongly preferred.
• Understanding of investment transactions, securities, yields, broker relationships, and financial institution reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile investment-related transactions, ensuring documentation, approvals, and pre-purchase analysis are completed.
• Monitor and analyze the investment portfolio, including transaction activity, balances, income, yields, and other metrics.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal stakeholders related to investment activity and portfolio management.
• Prepare materials and reporting for weekly Asset Liability Committee meetings, including supporting analysis and presentations.
• Monitor daily cash balances and flag significant fluctuations or liquidity concerns.
• Prepare and validate monthly investment and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and confidential financial information while following policies and regulatory requirements.
