  • Coordinate recurring and custom client deliverables, including reports, presentations, summary memos, exhibits, and quality-control reviews prior to Advisor approval.
  • Support new client onboarding and account management by coordinating meetings, document requests, custodian requirements, portal access, internal workflows, and cross-team follow-up.
  • Assist business development efforts through prospect tracking, conference preparation and participation, market and attendee research, outreach support, and RFP coordination.

  • 3 - 7+ years experience in investment management, banking and custody, public finance, client service, or a related field
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program participation or progress, Certified Treasury Professional, Series 65, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of establishing and meeting goals.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to identify issues, take initiative, improve processes, and deliver results for clients.
  • Excels in a team environment. Self-motivated, driven, and flexible to manage shifting priorities, with the ability to think and act strategically.
  • Demonstrates unwavering integrity and instills confidence in others.
  • Strong writing skills and working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office applications and other related technologies.
