Government Portfolio Advisors (GPA) seeks an Investment Advisory Associate to join our Client Advisory Team and support institutional investment advisory services, client meetings, materials, onboarding, and business development. This role offers hands-on exposure to portfolio strategy and client deliverables within a growing national firm.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor's degree and 3–7+ years of experience in investment management, banking and custody, public finance, client service, or related field.
• Strong communication and writing skills are essential, with a track record of meeting goals.
• Certification progress (CFA, Certified Treasury Professional, Series 65) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors in delivering responsive client service and coordinating material and follow-ups.
• Maintain portfolio strategy materials and project schedules for review.
• Prepare for meetings by organizing information and documenting action items.
• Assist policy reviews, contract renewals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate client deliverables, reports, and presentations with quality control.
• Help onboarding and account management, including custodian requirements and portal access.
• Support business development through prospect tracking and conference preparation.
