Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in real estate or an investment company
• University degree preferred
• Proficient knowledge of fair value GAAP
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior leaders and peers
• Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and GAAP/statutory work papers
• Work with auditors to answer inquiries and provide documentation for audits
• Analyze financial information to ensure policy compliance
• Calculate performance returns
• Coordinate with asset and portfolio management teams on accounting matters
• Possibly prepare Funds’ shareholder reports and support work-papers
