Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0 to 3 years of investment accounting or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented with strong problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and insurance Statutory accounting is a plus.
• Experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger is a plus.
• Experience with PAM for Investments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily cash matching and reconciliation between custodial records and general ledger.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items timely.
• Analyze investment activity and prepare schedules for balance sheet and income statements.
• Research discrepancies and unusual transactions for management review.
• Assist with trade settlements and related discrepancies.
• Prepare statutory investment schedules and GAAP/Statutory disclosures.
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
