Job summary

Everest Group is seeking an Investment Accountant in Warren, New Jersey. This hybrid role involves accounting, financial analysis, and reporting for investments under U.S. GAAP and U.S. Statutory bases. You will participate in monthly/quarterly close processes and prepare various investment disclosures.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA is preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills, plus strong Excel and knowledge of PAM/Bloomberg/Oracle, are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong math and financial processes skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Account and report investments under U.S. GAAP and U.S. Statutory.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly investment close.
• Prepare U.S. statutory investment schedules.
• Prepare U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosures (10-Q, 10-K).
• Assist with local reporting of foreign branches/subsidiaries.
