OU Foundation Investments, LLC is seeking an Investment Accountant to own data management, reconciliations, and reporting for a $3 billion portfolio. You will manage the investment book of record, run the monthly close, and ensure accuracy against custodial and manager records while helping automate processes and build scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in accounting, audit, finance, fund accounting, investment operations, or a related field.
• Experience reconciling and reporting financial data, with ownership mindset for data accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Interest in AI, Python, SQL, databases, and data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Owns and maintains the office’s investment book of record with daily data uploads.
• Run the monthly investment close, booking subscriptions, redemptions, and fund-level activity.
• Produce and distribute performance, risk, holdings, and liquidity reports.
• Lead transaction processing for cash and securities within controls.
• Own SOPs, analyze root causes, and drive automation improvements.
