Job summary

The NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development is seeking an Investigator (Employee Discipline) to support the Office of Investigations and Labor Relations. You will conduct preliminary research, review records, and analyze evidence to support agency divisions.

You will conduct interviews, take statements, coordinate field surveillance, perform personal service of notices, and prepare written reports and memoranda.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in disciplinary investigations.
• Strong writing ability.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and take statements from individuals.
