Chamberlain Care guides our interactions and supports students in achieving their goals and impacting healthcare nationally. We operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week, transitioning to four days in-office from Q1 2025 to promote collaboration and innovation.
This role supports university efforts in investigating academic integrity infractions and monitoring electronic resources to safeguard academic quality and proprietary information. The individual will collaborate with student affairs, academic quality, university leadership, and legal teams to enforce policies and protect copyrighted materials. Responsibilities include gathering digital evidence, monitoring external sites, processing takedown requests, and supporting communication and training on academic integrity and copyright issues. The position reports to the Director of Student Affairs.
* Support enforcement of academic integrity policies through evidence collection, review of exam monitoring videos, and audit logs, maintaining confidentiality and providing findings to case managers.
* Conduct security audits and report findings to the Academic Quality team and program leaders.
* Collaborate with legal counsel to identify copyright violations and process takedown requests.
* Advise leadership on serious or unusual cases related to academic integrity.
* Consult with various departments on investigations.
* Participate in hearing panels to present evidence.
* Develop consistent processes and communicate effectively with colleagues and students.
* Assist in educational campaigns on integrity and copyright.
* Provide training on common sites and tools used for cheating.
* Manage student conduct cases related to academic and professional conduct.
* Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to policies.
