Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years law enforcement and investigative experience, or equivalent combination.
• AZ POST Certification and CVSA certification from NITV are required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, regulations and protocols for law enforcement.
• Strong interviewing, interrogation and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts interviews, interrogations, CVSA exams, investigations and crime scene metal detection; submits documents and reports.
• Investigates senior citizen complaints and actions taken.
• Implements safety programs for seniors and provides instructional materials.
