  • Analyze & Report: Decode complex data and translate your findings into pristine, high-level compliance reports.
  • Partner with Leadership: Present your insights directly to agency executives and collaborate with federal, state, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Work Environment: This is a remote, work-from-home position.
  • Travel: Up to 50%–75% regional travel is required to support local operations and conduct on-site casework.
  • Schedule: Primarily day hours; however, flexibility is required as some evening hours will be necessary depending on the active investigations and when interviews need to be conducted.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years of administrative, organizational, or compliance experience (healthcare or I/DD setting is a huge plus).
  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to obtain a Conducting Serious Incident Investigations / Level I certification within 12 months of hire is required.
