Job summary

Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) seeks an ASST INVESTIGATION MANAGER to supervise investigators, analyze complaints, and ensure compliance with Florida Statutes and Board Rules. This in-office role supports the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes.

You will train staff, review investigations, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with supervisors to resolve issues. A strong background in regulatory work and personnel management is essential.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of investigation experience, and two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR
• Four (4) years of regulatory experience, and two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand each Division program area to train staff and assess complaints.
• Answer inquiries from the public related to the Division's program areas.
• Provide motivation and training to employees; meet with staff regularly.
• Evaluate employees using established criteria; ensure targets are met.
• Review incoming complaints and assign cases to staff and supervisors.
• Track and monitor cases to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
